Remembrance Events and Armed Forces Parades
The Winter Gardens is a Victorian glasshouse in Glasgow containing plants which require warmer temperatures than Glasgow would normally provide. It is attached to the People's Palace, a museum which tells the story of the people of Glasgow from 1750 to the present day, and is located at Glasgow's city park Glasgow Green. The Winter Gardens was built in 1898. [Note that the Winter Gardens closed to the public in December 2018 and all the plants have been removed.]
